Monty Python and the Holy Grail

I'm sure you won't be surprised, considering I'm British, to hear that I'm a big fan of Monty Python. The Monty Python boys did some great work back in the day (arr, I feel old!).

One of their most famous pieces of work is the film Monty Python and the Holy Grail - basically telling the story of King Arthur and his search for the Holy Grail (duh!).

Anyway, if you are looking for something completely different, it turns out that Monty Python and Lego are a perfect match. Check it out.

Ah - Monty Python.

Totally "out-there" sense of humour - some of their stuff borders on genius - when it works, it works so well but of course there will be some misses.

Holy Grail was a great movie - not sure which I prefer, Holy Grail or Life of Brian.

Yeah - that is a tough call to make.

In many ways, Holy Grail is better (imo). The problem is that the film ends really badly and that just leaves a bad taste.

The good thing about Life of Brian is that it works better as a movie as its internally consistent (or at least as much as can be reasonably claimed considering its a Monty Python) throughout.
